Traveling around I have met so many new people. Some are amazing and you keep in contact with, some are easy to forget, and others stick in your head but not necessarily for the best reasons. Luckily or unluckily for me I happen to have met a few of the later on my travels.

This blog post is coming to you live from Dublin, Ireland. Well if I am being really honest I should be saying "this blog post is being started in Dublin, Ireland", be cause by the time I finish it up I will probably be at my next destination.
Buy anyway, to catch you all up, Monique and I ended up having a great Christmas at Sheree and Lee's in Hednesford. There were lots of laughs, food and gifts shared, what more could you ask for really? Monique and I have had to admit that we are each a little bit hippy on the inside after exchanging gifts on Christmas day. Monique got me a Homeopathic Travel Kit which her beautiful sister Evie (who is a Homeopath) was kind enough to make up for me and send from New Zealand, and I got Monique some crystals (Rose Quartz and Clear Quartz). They probably seem a bit out there or strange to some people but we were both stoked! Hence how we came to the hippy conclusion! After a day of Christmas festivities things just kept getting better as we were lucky enough to get some snow on Boxing Day. It started late in the afternoon, which meant it was already dark in England. We were both really excited to see the snow falling but Monique beat me on the excitement barometer as she had never been to the snow at all. She would jump up every so often and say "I just have to go and look at it again" and even braved the outdoors with Lee and little Elliott to make a snowman and have a snow ball fight (while I tool photos from the comfort of the doorway). |
